Imagine this. You’re flipping through a magazine and as you turn the page to continue the article you’re reading, you come across an image of the Statue of Liberty. Being that you’re not much of a traveler you think, “It would be nice to go there one day, but I’ll just add it to my to-do list.” And then you never think about it again.
Don’t let this happen. We’ve put together a list of key landmarks, from around the world, that you simply must visit on your travels:
- Statue of Liberty: A beacon of the American way of life; the Statue of Liberty is one of the most recognizable landmarks in the U.S. The statue opened way back in 1886 and has become one of the most visited stops in America since.
