Air Evolution™

Can the Air Evolution™ be washed or cleaned?

Yes. The cover is removable and machine washable and the inflatable air core can be surface cleaned by hand. To wash the cover, open the zipper on the back to remove the inflatable core and machine wash the cover on gentle, cold cycle.

How does the Air Evolution™ deflate and compact to fit its carrying pouch?

To deflate the inflatable air core, face the valve away as you simultaneously squeeze the base of the valve and slowly roll the pillow up.  This will place the pressure needed to release the air and effectively deflate the pillow. Once deflated and rolled up, the pillow should easily fit within the carrying pouch, and the pouch’s adjustable sliding toggles can be used to securely close the top opening and attach to the handle of your bag or purse.

How do the front adjustable toggles on the Air Evolution™ work?

Connecting Toggles: Insert the plastic tip on the left toggle into the small hole on the right toggle (which is just below the square release button).

How do the front adjustable toggles on the Evolution® Cool work?

Connecting Toggles: Insert the plastic tip on the left toggle into the small hole on the right toggle (which is just below the square release button).

Opening Toggles: Firmly press the square release button on the right toggle and pull apart both toggles. It’s important to note that the toggles were designed to fit together tightly in order to support the full weight of your head, so don’t be concerned if they stick a little bit.

Adjusting Toggles: While the toggles are connected, hold both of the rectangular plastic end pieces in one hand, press in the outer circular pieces on each toggle with the other hand, and slide the toggles up or down to your desired comfort setting.

Can the Evolution® Cool be machine washed?

Yes. The cover is removable and machine washable. The memory foam can be surface cleaned by hand with a damp cloth.

To remove the cover, unzip the back and pull the cover forward until you can see the metal toggle clips on the inside of each side. Pull the clips away from the pillow, align them with the cord, and push them through the hole to remove them. Then completely remove the cover for machine washing.

To put the cover back on, begin push the pillow back into the cover and align the cover toggle holes with the pillow toggle holes — do not fully enclose the cover around the pillow yet. Once the front holes are aligned, slide the metal toggle clips through the holes and then open the toggle to hold it in place. Then proceed to pull the cover over the rest of the pillow. You may have to adjust the fabric in a few places to properly align it to the shape of the pillow. Finally, zip the back and enjoy your pillow!

Evo Microbead™

Does the Evo Microbead™ come with a carrying case?

No, however the adjustable sliding toggles can be used to attach the pillow to your bag, purse, backpack, or suitcase.

Can the Evo Microbead™ be washed or cleaned?

The pillow is not machine washable, but it can be surface cleaned by hand. Do not immerse the pillow in water and avoid any extreme temperatures, as it could damage the microbeads.

The pillow is not machine washable, but it can be surface cleaned by hand. Avoid any extreme temperatures as it could damage the microbeads.

How does the Evolution® Pillow compact to fit its carrying bag?

Below are two techniques on how to get your Evolution® Pillow into a compact and manageable size.

“The Stuff & Fold” Packing Technique (for beginners)

  1. Place the pillow into the back with the pocket facing up.
  2. Press the pillow down with your fist and tighten drawstring around your wrist.
  3. Remove your hand from the opening and slide the toggle down to tighten and seal the top.
  4. Starting on the female Velcro side, fold/roll the entire bag in half and seal it firmly with the male Velcro strip.

“The Cinnamon Roll” Packing Technique (for experts)

  1. Simply roll the pillow up from one cord toggle to the other cord toggle while squeezing tightly.
  2. If rolled properly, it should look like a cinnamon roll.
  3. Place the rolled pillow into the travel bag, wrap the bag’s Velcro® strap around it tightly, and  fasten the strap to the soft Velcro® patch on the other side.
  4. Tighten the bag’s drawstring to securely close the top opening.

The Velcro® strap can also be used to attach the travel pillow to your bag or luggage, saving you even more space and leaving your hands free!

Can the Evolution® Pillow be washed or cleaned?

Yes. The cover is removable and machine washable and the memory foam can be surface cleaned by hand. To wash the cover, open the zipper on the back to remove the memory foam pillow and machine wash the cover on gentle, cold cycle.

How can I remove the Evolution® Pillow memory foam smell?

Generally, all memory foam products have a slight temporary odor that will dissipate.  To quicken this process, we recommend you wash the velour cover, gently surface clean the memory foam, and allow it a few days to air out.

What if I experience zipper issues with my S3 travel case?

We’ve received feedback that a very small percentage of our Evolution S3 travel cases may have a defective zipper. As such, we have removed this product from our website and are working to correct the issue.

Should you experience this problem with a travel case you purchased, please contact us at support@cabeau.com and we will quickly send you a replacement case at no cost.

Can the Evolution® S3 be machine washed?

How do I install my Evolution® S3 on airplane seat wings?

Below is the instruction sheet on how-to attach your new Evolution® S3 travel pillow to your airplane headrest wings.

On Headrest Seat Wings

  1. Angle the airplane headrest wings forward (if applicable).
  2. Unfasten the Velcro® and loosen the straps on the back of the pillow.
  3. Loop the straps over each of the wings and refasten the Velcro® on both sides.
  4. Push the headrest wings back, position the headrest and pillow to your desired height, and enjoy!

Under Headrest Seat Wings (for Short People)

  1. Angle the airplane headrest wings forward (if applicable).
  2. Unfasten the Velcro® and remove straps from the strap loops on the back of the pillow.
  3. Stretch straps up and behind each side of the seat wings coming out the top.
  4. Attach the ends to each other and tuck behind the headrest to secure.
  5. Push the headrest wings back, position the headrest to your desired height, and enjoy!

Customs policies and regulations vary in different countries, so we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

When placing an order using Fedex Flat Rate shipping, your items are delivered by the destinations country’s local postal authority. Transit times may vary by country. For 100 countries, we offer a two milestone tracking scan, Origin Departure, and Destination Arrival information once the package is given to the destination postal author. Once your item gets cleared through customs, you will be contacted to arrange payment of taxes and duty’s(If applicable) and delivery time frames. How do you ship? When will I receive my order?

Standard Orders are shipped via USPS, unless a different delivery method is selected or requested. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via USPS Priority. International orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx International services, depending on the shipping address. For Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day, orders MUST be received by 9:00AM PT for same day processing. All expedited services deliver in the committed time for the respective service selected and are generally shipped by the next business day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT on Monday – Friday).

How do I receive tracking information for my order?

Tracking information for your order may be requested by emailing us at support@cabeau.com, as this is the fastest way to receive a response.

Why does my order status still say “Processing”?

“Processing” indicates that your order was received and is in the process of being packaged/shipped. Please note that your order status may continue to say “Processing” after it has already shipped and arrived at its destination.
